Meet Rachel Glynn

A Type A nerd with a fearlessly chaotic sense of play from Dayton, Ohio, Rachel Glynn (that's me!) has always had a love of history, adventure, books, wine, travel and terrible jokes. She frequently spends her free time traipsing around museums, historical sites, and vineyards, Kindle in hand - when her wallet agrees she can! On good-weather days, you can often find her painting in Central Park.

From 2019 to 2023, Rachel could be seen performing as the “longest reigning” Rapunzel in Disney Cruise Line’s Tangled the Musical (along with other principal & supporting roles in the Magic’s repertoire), as part of the first cast to reopen the Disney fleet post-pandemic. A passionate believer that the story is always the most important part, Rachel puts acting at the forefront of her work, combining it with versatile vocals and strong physicality.

Most recently, Rachel performed as Charlotte York in Devin Southard’s developmental parody ‘Succession and the City,’ to sold out nights at Second City and Caveat.

Rachel firmly believes that if George Eliot and George Sands were really both women, there’s no reason George Seurat can’t be played by one (this is her petition to be considered <3 )
